Scot 101 Smart Coat is an acrylic co polymer and weather-resistant chemicals based elastomeric, waterproof and heat resistant heavy duty coating for roofs ,floor, Bathroom, Kitchen, Water storage tank, AC & Cooler Ducts, Plastic Tank,Sheds (Tin,Asbestos,Plastic )and walls.It provides long-lasting protection against water leaks, seepage, and cracks, keeping your surface strong and looking good and you can also tint by different light colours pigment Paste as per requirement.
Information :
- Clean the surface with wire brush or scrubber to remove hidden dirt , loose prticles. Laitance, & dust.
- Bitumen based waterproofing treatments if existing, must be completely removed by mechanical scarification or by any other effective mechanical means.
- Scot 101 Smart coat is a 4-layer system with proper thickness with a fiber mesh between second and third coats offering a reliable waterproofing and Heat resistant proctective coating of the surface .
